We’re proud to use only 100% West Country Cheddar and veg sourced locally from Hay Farm, Cornwall, to create our award-winning Cornish Extra Mature Cheddar and Caramelized Onion Pasty.
A cheesy mixture made with West Country double cream encased in 80 delicate layers of delicious puff pastry. Finished off with a sharpened hint of apple purѐe and wholegrain mustard in every bite.
This is a twist on a British classic combination, developed with Cornish Head Chef, Chris Eden.
