Ok, not sure what all I can say about a tea bag caddy, except this one is durable and practical, and the decoration makes it a nice keepsake. It avoids that awkward "what to do with a used teabag" moment. It looks like porcelain, but is actually made of some kind of tough plastic, like melamine. That might scare some people, but I believe it is considered safe for dishware, and is certainly safe as a resting place for used teabags. I'm not sure if it's dishwasher safe. I give it a quick hand wash when it needs it.
