Ideal for sandwiches and for recipes that call for great breadcrumbs, our white bloomer is soft and tasty, with a great sour dough flavour. At Jackson's we believe our bread is the best of Yorkshire.
We use flour that's milled in Yorkshire from wheat that's grown in Yorkshire - and of course our bread is baked in Yorkshire. That's why it's called Yorkshire's Champion Bread!
